Behind the gate
Turkana County is vast, hot and extraordinary. People come here to work: to run programmes, lead trainings, deliver services and build. Others come for the lake and the people. Ceamo Prestige Lodge is where they rest in between.
Our compound sits in Nawoitorong, on the quieter side of Lodwar. Behind the walls, shade trees and flowering gardens soften the heat, and the rooms stay cool and quiet. Guests have described the moment of arrival as stepping into an oasis. We work every day to deserve that.
We host mission teams and county delegations for weeks at a time, trainers who fill our meeting rooms, families celebrating weddings, and travellers heading north to the Jade Sea. Everyone gets the same care.
